"No breakfast on the Sunday we stayed there. Front desk employee didn’t know why.
Asked for accessible room, it wasn’t given.
Was charged $40.00 on my credit card. Don’t know why.
They didn’t have my booking which was done thru HOTELS.COM. "
"We walked in and spoke to a Kiosk, they said since we had pets we had to go down the street to their sister hotel. We did that, they were nice but weird about our pets. The place was really cute. Lots of workers stayed there. It was deceiving on the site but it worked out the people were nice"
"The front office staff was excellent. They were kind, courteous & efficient. The hotel is OK. It was relatively clean, although the sheets & towels were badly stained. The indoor pool, which seemed to be the primary reason many were staying there, was not very clean & the heater in the pool & hot tub were not working so the water was not circulating (nasty) & was frigid. Pretty sure it would not pass inspection from the state. The hotel in general needs a big upgrade & renovation. The furniture is old, worn, dated & had holes. The tile in the bathroom floor is cracked & broken & the grout is completely missing in places making it not only unsanitary but also a little dangerous. The bathtub was nothing short of disgusting- rusted, moldy & nasty looking. Great job staff! You did an amazing job for what you had to work with. "
