The staff were lovely and helpful, the property is beautifully maintained, my room was immaculate, and the surroundings are first rate, especially if you love beautiful views and a chance to get out into nature. No Air Conditioning, no bug screens on the windows, spiders and bugs in the rooms all the time, the bathrooms are very small, the rooms are so hot at night you can’t sleep, the hotel is in need of some updating. It’s like it’s stuck in the 80’s. The wifi, like all over Germany, is terrible most of the time you have to disable it and switch to LTE to download anything. "The property is amazing and the rooms are spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. The corridors and the landings are in contrast with the rooms and seem a little outdated. The grounds are also very nice although all the focus is especially dedicated to the golf course. The spa was enjoyable with two nice indoor and outside (small) pools.
