"This is our worst stay ever😥 My husband is a PWD and he wasng able to sleep coz there is no bed. The only thing they have is a blanket/ comforter laid on the floor and a tiny pillow that's it😥 for a 4k stay😥 our 1 day vacation just turned into a nightmare. And the comfort room, u have to go down the hill-like which my husband is nit allowed because of his condition. Never i will go back to that place again😡😡😡😡"

"Our stay at Conrad Manila was nothing short of amazing truly the best example of Filipino hospitality! 🇵🇭✨ From the moment we arrived, the customer service was on another level. Everyone from the guests services were so helpful, every staff we pass by says hi with a smile on their faces. They went above and beyond by surprising us with complimentary sweets to celebrate our son’s first time in the Philippines, plus the cutest carabao stuffed toy 🐃such a thoughtful and unforgettable touch! Breakfast was a highlight too, with a wonderful showcase of Filipino dishes that made the experience even more special. And the location? Perfect!
