"My fiancé and I enjoyed staying here! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had some technical issues on day 1 with the AC and door keypad not working on the upper level, but Eric from the front desk switched us into a great room- he really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Really excellent customer service, thank you!!! Additionally, the parking situation was good- they have an underground lot that you can bundle days through the parking service. Overall would stay in one of the bigger rooms."

"The staff were awesome and very helpful. The room was nice but, very small. The noise from outside could be heard at all hours. It is a cute property, but I feel it needs quite a bit of updating. With other comparable properties, I’m not sure we would stay there again. However, we were there for the views, the beach, and the dining, so the room was not a deal breaker."

"Comfortable stay just a few minutes from the beach. Breakfast simple but quite nice compared to other places we stayed at during our California tour. Small downsides: street noise from highway in front, and the AC would need some upgrade. Quite nice actually to walk to the center of Laguna Beach through Hensler Park, probably 1 1/2 miles or so (good for running as well)."

"The location was special, tucked into the canyon while only being a 15 minute walk/5 minute ride in the cart, to the beach. The spa, pool, restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and the whole property was quiet and beautiful."
