"Unsafe and Unsanitary Room — Should Be Removed from Listing I booked this room for a friend, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty and smelled of mold, with stained and peeling walls, rusty light fixtures, and a damaged entry door that did not close properly. The overall condition felt unsafe and unsanitary. No guest should have to stay in such conditions — this property should be re-evaluated or removed from the Hotels.com listings until it meets basic...

"My stayed there was horrible the front desk are not professionals the air conditioner was not cool and I talked to the front desk about it but nothing was done to correct it so I have to leave immediately because it was too hot in the room this is Africa .I'm not impressed.plus the room is not Clean."

"Property in a very nice and hidden area. Easy access from VI, Lekki and Ikoyi. The room had issue of hot water, it took long, I had finished my shower before it was hot. Also, the idea that breakfast is free. And order for the room and are charged full breakfast because only free if you go downstairs doesn't make sense?"
