BRILLIANT

Staff are brilliant, they cater to all your needs. They are trustworthy and they look out for safety and comfort. The facilities are basic, but the customer service I have seen in this Hotel is the best you will ever get in Nigeria

Hotel Staff wanted to Befriend Married Female

The Reservation was for my wife for a night at this Ikeja Hotel. While the location, room were okay. I found this Hotel to be very UNCOMFORTABLE: she was constantly harassed by a male staff/attendant who was trying very hard to befriend/pick up on my wife. On more than 3x occasions he asked her: if she was lonely and needed company, called her room late at night 2x and knocked on the door, all while she was on Skype with me. TOTALLY unacceptable behavior from a staff to a guest. She was made uncomfortable and WILL NEVER stay or recommend "Our Home Suites" hotel to no one. Period!!

Average to above average. Had warm water running, which though, taken for granted here is a luxury in Lagos,that exist only in 5 star hotels

Husband's visit to his homeland

Our home suite was convenient to the airport and the locations my husband needed for his stay in his homeland while he was visiting his family in Nigeria. It was the right price and fit right into our budget for this trip.

This was the 2nd time I stayed here,The rates were reasonable/affordable. the staff was very friendly. But the service was very slow. The fridge didn't work, we asked several times to have it checked. the bathroom sink leaked water all over. Not all food was available on the menu.Only had 1 towel for shower for 2 people. Wifi was extremely slow and could never get on it. When you asked for something it took a few calla before you would get it. Totally unsatisfied and I can't write other details. I rate it as a 1 or below.

Staff were particularly helpful and supportive and very confident about security arrangements.Staff responded promptly to any request for assistance and reception (Victoria) was particularly helpful in making my experience and stay positive
