"The property was beautiful and picturesque. Breakfast was good. The villa was spotless and very comfortable. Downside was the villa was right by a tennis court of some sort and they were having a game and were noisy late at night as we were trying to sleep. "We love our stay here. The apartement is clean, big enough and new. The view is great as directly toward Batam center port. Within walk distance to get McD, kfc, JCO, etc. They prepare the bed, towel and shower stuff to accomodate all 6 of us.The bed is quite comfy. Overall, we would stay here again."

"We stayed at KPMT for 7 nights - we loved it! The kelong room was beautifully presented and very clean and comfortable - we especially loved having two private decks with sunrise and sunset experiences. From Day 1 we were made to feel welcome when Tony the resort manager introduced himself and gave us useful tips for our stay. Every day was a lovely, relaxing experience - we were well looked after by the best reception team (led by Ikri), fed delicious and healthy meals by Aktar and Ian, greeted...

"Super pretty house that looks even better than the pictures! Very safe with guards outside, close to Batam ferry terminal and the driver provided (Mr Jeno) was friendly and accommodating. Overall it’s clean, big and just wow too good to be true. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back!"

"The staff at the Cassia are amazing! They are so sweet, professional and helpful. Every single person there went above and beyond to ensure we had a good holiday. "Room is not as big as I thought it to be, but the room boasts a big bath tub which my daughter enjoyed a lot. The breakfast spread was good with fruits, bread section, western, Japanese food and 3 live stations. The hotel has seen better days, but it is definitely worth the price. "
