Bom, mas com vários contratempos

Bom a estadia em si foi boa, mas tivemos alguns problemas. Quisemos estender a nossa estadia. Meu marido foi na recepção ver como seria o processo e lá mesmo foi segundo eles 'resolvido'. Mais tarde, estávamos na piscina e fomos incomodados. Falaram que a nossa estadia já tinha sido fechada, o que nos causou um grande constrangimento. Saímos da piscina e fomos na recepção e de fato o rapaz da recepção tinha errado e no fim foi "resolvido". Mas quando fomos jantar não tinha nada do que queríamos no cardápio e olha que tentamos três pratos diferentes do cardápio e tivemos que pedir Delivery. E no bar da piscina faltava cerveja. A questão é que fomos passear e descansar e houveram vários contratempos que nos deixaram estressados. Mas fora tudo isso, o lugar é bom, de ambiente tranquilo e familiar. Quartos limpos e a comida (quanto tem) é boa.

Super sujo. Nos colocaram num quarto sem trocar os lençóis, cheios de maquilhagem e cabelos. O chão imundo e fluidos na parede da cabeceira... Indesculpável principalmente em tempos de covid!

Com certeza estará nos locais em que sempre visitarei e indicarei. Café da manhã muito bom, ótimo atendimento, estrutura muito boa. A higiene do quarto estava impecável e a área da piscina muito boa.

O conforto é incrível!!! Eu não queria sair de dentro do quarto !!!! O lugar é incrivelmente bonito ! Só deixou a desejar a alimentação no local. O café da manhã é muito bom. O almoço é gostoso mas por não poder levar a própria alimentação pro lugar, achei as opções no bar da piscina muito fraca e as porções não eram atrativas.

Vale la pena visitar y relajar en este hotel

El Hotel tiene una área de lazer muy bonita. Mucho verde, vegetación y una agradable piscina. Los funcionários son muy amables y cordiales. Especialmente hay un funcionario que hace todo lo posible para que las personas se sientan bien. Habla español e ingles. Apenas llamaria la atención para toallas (adquirir nuevas) y TV (que funcione).

Queria um hotel perto do aeroporto! Dizia que ficava sete kilometros do aeroporto! E resultou ser mais de vinte quilômetros! Não é um hotel para pernoite!! É bom para o preço!! Tive problemas com o café da manhã! Era Aparti dás oito ! Tarde para quem tem que viajar no dia seguinte! E mesmo assim não serviu na hora descrita. Somente serviu às oito e meia! Depois que fui perguntar porque não abrim o restaurante! Tomei só um suco porque não tinha mais tempo! É um hotel para está em família! Não foi o que eu buscava! É longe do aeroporto! Mas no geral é bom para o preço pago!!

O gerente se desdobra p atender bem. Algumas funcionaria sao bem atenciosas, mas no geral nao sabem informar sobre os pontos turistucos e bons lugares p comer na regiao.. A pousada funciona com o sistema de day use e nao há limpeza de piscina q resista a isto,portanto nao é muito higienica. O lugar precisa de mais cuidados com certeza !

Paguei pra ver e fiquei satisfeita!

Após realizar minha reserva confesso que fiquei receosa ao ler as avaliações das pessoas mas paguei pra ver...e fiquei muito satisfeita! O local é bem grande, limpo, bonito e bem cuidado. Todos os funcionários foram educados, cortês e profissionais. O proprietário é uma pessoa educada, atenciosa e simpática. O café da manhã bem preparado, piscina de excelente tamanho e bem cuidada. Fui muito bem atendida, volto e recomendo! Deixo como sugestão colocar guarda sol na área da piscina, para favorecer a maioria das mesas, embora tenha locais com sombra das árvores para se assentar.
