"The staff was friendly and the room was great, but we were supposed to have access to the rooftop at 8 am, and nobody opened it until 8:40, after guests complained. Apparently we had no access out of consideration for guests in the two upstairs rooms, but that showed no consideration for guests who just wanted to enjoy the view while drinking coffee in peace."
