"The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I especially appreciated the room darkening shade. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was less than I hoped, but adequate. The hotel grounds and building were clean and welcoming. The staff was my only complaint. When I arrived I walked to the front desk where 2 men were talking about their personal lives. They didn't look up at me for several seconds then, when they did, they did not acknowledge me or welcome me. I had to stand there and wait another 30-45 seconds while they finished their conversation. Then one asked the other if he wanted to try this one. He was obviously in training. He was slow and had to ask for clarification on many things. I usually don't mind that, but after being ignored for their personal conversation, I felt less patient."
