"Das Hotel wird offiziell mit 3 Sternen ausgewiesen. Das ist definitiv viel zu wenig. Als Vielreisende können wir das sehr gut vergleichen und beurteilen. Das Hotel liegt an der Jaufen-Passstraße auf halber Höhe, mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem sauberen, einladenden sehr gutem Wohlfühl-Zustand. "I regularly travel globally for both business and pleasure usually staying at hotels of this class. The Bergresort has the worst service I ever experienced, a complete contrast to the Alpenpark (owned by the same family) where I stayed twice previously. At this level (4 star superior), rude, staff making customers feel unwelcome and ignored is not acceptable. Don't go to this hotel for a relaxing time. "

"A lovely apartment in a great location in the centre of Seefeld. The reception team were really nice and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and modern. I loved the balcony with mountain views especially."

"A traditional Austrian hotel set in the quaint village of Igls just outside Innsbruck. Great location as bus stop just outside hotel and very easy to get into Innsbruck and to activities around Innsbruck. Tram also a 5 minute walk away another good transport option for getting to Ambras Castle, forest walks, and into Innsbruck as well as being the scenic option. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed half board and the hotel served traditional Austrian food in the evenings which was excellent. A smaller restaurant compared to some hotels but with good food and friendly staff. Room was a good size and clean, due to the hotel being traditional some areas needed a lick of paint but good otherwise. The only thing when we stayed it was hot, the rooms do not have AC but when we asked at reception they provided a fan and we kept the windows open."

"Nala individuellhotel is a gem! Artsy, well stylized and spacious rooms, sophisticated breakfast including strudels, fresh made yoghurt and specialty items like honeycomb, beautiful garden, courteous staff, hotel parking available, but 1-2 block walk. I would love returning to Innsbruck to stay here longer and enjoy the city."

"Andreas(?) at front desk was great. Answered lots of questions for us. Made great recommendations for restaurants and the Alpaca farm. Girl who helped us at breakfast was also very nice. Very convenient location. Only wish it had air conditioning since we were there is record heat. Very nice comforters.. Shower was very good also."
