The experience was mixed as we had problems with check-in. The staff was not immediately present at reception (we were obviously the only guests in the hotel). The place was abandoned and someone from down the street came and said rooms were all rented and that they have not done business with Expedia for 2 years. I was left without a place to stay on the busiest day of the year.
