"We travelled from the United States and stayed for 9 nights at Zleep in Prague while visiting our daughter . We stayed in an accessible room due to my husband being an amputee. The bathroom was absolutely perfect for a disabled person with a shower seat and grab bars as well as being spacious enough to get a wheelchair in and out . The bed was very comfortable and we got an extra pillow when we asked . Very quiet . The staff speak English , they are very helpful and friendly . The breakfast was very good , pancakes, cereal, granola , yogurt , assorted breads and pastries , fruit and vegs, meat and cheese. , and again - the breakfast area is spacious enough for a wheelchair to get around . There are just 4 hangers in the room but we had brought our own travel hangers so was not a problem for us . There are menus for snacks and drinks available at the reception. There is a supermarket walking distance . We enjoyed our stay . Would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend."

"Our room was in an attic like section of the hotel with slanted ceilings so steep I could not stand up in the shower, could not sit in any of the furniture and the only window was about 18"X18". The mattress was old and saggey. The bathroom was miniscule. None of this resembled the Expedia descriptions. The location is incredible next to the castle and overall building is beautiful. But I feel that I was cheated for what I paid for and what I received. I told all of this to the manager at the reception desk when checking out. She responded I should have come back to the desk at 11 at night after a 9 hour train trip to request a different room. I told her it is not my responsibility to do that, but their responsibility to provide accommodations equal to their promise and advertising. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Savoy. Staff were helpful and the hotel very comfortable, clean and welcoming. The room we stayed in was quiet, and the bed very comfortable. Trams stop right outside the hotel so one can get anywhere in the city very easily. There’s a delightful little square close to the hotel, with steps leading up to the famous monastery. "

"The hotel room was clean and spacious for our group of 3. The room was clean and also the bathroom. It would have been better if they have a small fridge inside the room- not just for convenience in storing food but for meds like insulin. We had a pleasant stay."

"The location is convenient, walkable to the touristy areas, metro station is like 3 mins walk from the hotel. There is supermarket, shop nearby. Good breakfast, free mini bar etc. Would love to stay there again if I am visiting Prague."
