One of the best hotels we have stayed at, and the best Leonardo. Excellent service across many small but important details. Cosy room and comfortable bed. Nice entrance lounge and friendly professional staff. Free parking and a really nice old town nearby; if you enjoy biking there are many pathways along the canal and through and around Ladenburg. We will happily return!

One staff person was quite nice and helpful. The others ranged from aloof to rudely dismissive. Dining staff need to improve hygiene awareness. They tolerated hand picking through cheese, meat and breads by some of the guests. There usually were dogs in the dining room and some of the staff would go from petting back to food and dishes handing. A couple of the dogs weren't clean.

if you are looking for a place to stay that is near heidelberg but not inside the city, look no further. we have stayed in other hotels of the area and leonardo ladenburg is by far the best option. easily 4+ star level rooms and facilities with a kind and attentive service.

Wir waren das 2. Mal im Leonardo-Hotel Ladenburg und wie beim 1. Mal sehr zufrieden. Die Juniorsuite ist großzügig geschnitten. Das Babybett mit Bettzeug war bereitgestellt. Einen Wasserkocher haben wir an der Rezeption bekommen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und eine gute Auswahl. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und hatte ein angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Cocktail war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Lobby ist schön eingerichtet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Allein die Beleuchtungssituation in den Zimmern könnte besser (heller) sein.

Stanza fredda (stufetta minuscola elettrica). Doccia rotta (ho dovuto tenere in mano il telefono per lavarmi perché non stava su). Oscurante finestra in camera da letto che non stava chiuso. Sveglio per la luce alle 6.30. E meno male che ho preso la suite….

Handige locatie, veroudert hotel. In het restaurant was het fris en niet aangenaam. Eten was okay en ontbijt was goed en uitgebreidt. Douche zeep was op en er kwam nauwelijks water uit de douche kop. Verder zeer vriendelijk personeel

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, die Wünsche nach einem ruhigen Zimmer zu erfüllen. In meinem Zimmer war die Heizung defekt. Man hat mir sofort einen Elektro-Heizlüfter gebracht und zur Entschädigung eine große Flasche Wein und einen schön angerichteten Obstteller. Ich bin schon des Öfteren in diesem Hotel gewesen und kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
