"Said the air-conditioning was broken. Wouldn't be fixed for our stay. Hadn't been fixed since last summer. Room was nearly 30 degrees. No communication prior to our stay. Everyone was complaining."

"We liked the location , but a car is necessary. It is better to visit a larger number of beaches and choose the one that suits you. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The downside of the coin are mosquitoes, there are countless , and do not respond to pills."

"We booked for two nights expecting more to explore. In early Dec? Many things are closed (historical sites, etc). If you're passing thru' I'd say Piombino is a nice town for a one night stop. "Beautiful setting with lots of greenery, sounds of birds, lovely jasmine aroma as you walk through my the grounds. The rooms were immaculately clean and the facilities were great. Our daughter loved the children's pool and we enjoyed the fabulous service from all staff."
