"Simon a toutes les qualités qu’on peut espérer d’un hôte dans un Bed & Breakfast : chaleureux, intéressant, attentionné, efficace, discret et très sympathique. Son logis est parfaitement situé à quelques mètres de la rue Principale, mais juste assez loin pour éviter ses inconvénients. Chaque objet de la maison est choisi avec soin. En prime, Simon est un cuisinier hors pair ! Ses déjeuners variés vous étonneront et si vous y allez à quatre personnes, pensez à réserver à l’avance pour profiter d’un excellent souper gastronomique ! Vous pouvez facilement garer la voiture derrière la maison (avec borne de recharge) ou sur la rue Victoria adjacente. Nous avons aussi bien aimé le temps passé tranquillement à lire sur le balcon ou en prenant l’apéro."

"Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was acceptable, with some hot options. No exercise room or elevator but it was very convenient for all we needed to do in Sherbrooke. Can’t beat the location or price!"

"My husband and I came here for a relaxing getaway right after our wedding. The property itself was very nice, clean, cozy, and quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. The main reason we chose this hotel, however, was for the spa and a couples massage. Unfortunately, booking a massage was quite difficult, as appointments need to be booked directly with the massage therapist, who is often unavailable to speak because she is with another client. We called about a week before our stay and were told she would call us back. After not hearing back, we called again and were told she was in a massage and would call us afterward. When she eventually called, the connection was unfortunately so poor that we could barely hear her. When we arrived, we asked the front desk about booking our massages but were told they could not access the spa schedule and that we would need to wait until the massage therapist was available. By the time we were able to connect, there were no couples massage appointments available, which was the main reason we had chosen the hotel. Overall, the property is lovely, but I think a more accessible and streamlined system for booking spa treatments would greatly improve the experience!"
