Good value for Labuan

This hotel has an excellent location as it is a short walk from the ferry when you arrive. The check in and out was fast and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed me to put some milk in their refrigerator. The internet was very good service. The room was quiet. There is no elevator so you must walk up stairs. The room had no refrigerator for cold drinks otherwise this is a good value on Labuan and I recommend.

フェリーポート、レストラン、酒屋が全て徒歩3分ぐらいですごく便利です。裏はスーパーで、ホテルの横の商店では旅行者用のSIMも購入できます。

Parking is a bit of a problem as there is no parking bay for hotel guests so I had to park a bit far. Other than that, this is a really good hotel to stay.

酒店新裝修，房間整潔，員工有禮，茶水間提供咖啡奶茶，麵包餅乾。可惜酒店只有樓梯，要提行李上樓，是一件苦差。

Center of Labuan for an easy going stay..

Not really the centered but well it easy to reach from the jetty where most of us came through to labuan, make the hotel very convenient. The number of duty free shop nearby and also restaurant with various kind of dishes make is easy to eat and buy stuff. The staff are friendly the receptionist was very warm and welcoming and the night staff Yuri was very friendly and helpful too. For a relaxing easy going stay i would highly recommend this hotel

Labuan Avenue Hotel is always been our family pick for every trip to Labuan and we always have enjoyable stay there. The staff are really hospitable and friendly.
