"The hotel was OK certainty not good. Food quite nice and room comfortable AC aside.
When I checked in they wanted payment, despite my having paid Expedia.
The wifi was down (a frequent problem,) so until it worked I couldn't show the receipt.
The AC in the room scarcely worked
The snack bar was rarely staffed"
