"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Clemons. Everything from the location, to the decor, to the staff was nothing short of perfection. We stayed in a one bedroom, one bathroom "apartment" on a corner with great views and everything we needed right at our fingertips. This was our first trip to Chattanooga and the location was perfect, especially if you like to walk. While there were plenty of stops for the free electric shuttle to take you around town, we really enjoyed walking to the majority of the entertainment and dining options the area had to offer. We will absolutely be back on our next visit to Chattanooga and would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Clemons to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. It truly set the tone for an incredible trip!"

"The breakfast was very limited. I would have like a breakfast meat of some type. However your employee that served us was Outstanding. I can't sing her praise enough. She made up for what was missing in your breakfast menu. She's a Keeper! I was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. If you can't have it in the room then at lease make it available on a request basis. It was very inconvenient to have to go downstairs to heat something up to after you have came in and got relaxed. The staff that greeted us was very welcoming and upon leaving they thanked you for coming. Again your staff made the difference"

"Pool was cold and hot tub had fecal matter floating on it and didnt realize until we had been in there for about 20 minutes. My wife broke out with an infection on her face. An elevator was down with a full hotel on Sunday morning and took 45 minutes to get down the lobby floor since a housekeeping employee had taken priority in the elevator area and would not allow any one to get on an elevator until she could with all of her gear."

"Our room was not ready at check in time. I called them prior asking about a crib because their website says they have them. I was told it was a crib and it was standard crib size. It was an old pack and play!! Not a crib. It had zero padding. We had to lay a bunch of blankets down for our toddler to sleep on. I wish they would put on their website it’s a pack and play. There is a huge difference between that and an actual crib."
