"The room was in need of repairs including the bathroom sink was hanging off the wall, no hot water, not handicapped accessible like we reserved. It 2 grab bars in the bathroom. The room was small, dingy and smelled of mildew. When brought to the person at the desk we were told they don’t give refunds, I was hoping they had a different handicapped room but they made no offer. The only good thing was the location otherwise if I could have given them a -10 I would have. I will never stay in this hotel again not even in a different state. "

"My stay at the Garden inn was perfect. From the moment I entered the lobby I was greeted by staff. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room was clean, quiet and had a very comfortable bed. The location was a short walk the gulf coast plaza. I would definitely recommend."

"Made my reservation several weeks in advance. They put us on second floor next to the mechanical room and ice machine need I say more. I was too tired to change room. Room was clean. A/C works. Noise level about a 6 out of 10. Pool is in small inside enclosure surrounded by 2 chairs. All it was missing was tadpoles and water lilies. Next to pool area was an exercise room. Breakfast was well stocked and clean but chairs were tattered and need replacement Breakfast staff and cleaning staff were friendly. Front desk staff okay. Other comfort suites usually provide free water and .some munchies, this one has two vending machines. That start at $3.00 and up. Overall 3 stars was best I could do. "
