Hotels with Spa in La Virgen, Heredia Province

"This hotel clearly used to be a very nice place, but it just hasn't been maintained and the location is less than ideal. For the price we paid, it was a fine experience, but I likely wouldn't stay again. Because it is surrounded by highways it is impossible to explore the city or even walk to food nearby without taking a taxi (which, during peak traffic times, is a very slow process). We had two rooms and the AC didn't work particularly well in either room and both had strange smells (one like a dentists office, the other was rather unpleasant). In one of the rooms the bathroom door was extremely hard to open/close."

"1. Internet connection was almost unusable. Very slow, very poor capacity (also in the middle of the night) WiFi in room also almost no coverage. 2. The hotel did not honor Radisson Rewards membership. Not ok for a Radisson branded hotel. Besides from this s nice hotel with good position accessibility from airport and walking distance to city center. Good restaurant and nice bar, breakfast both indoor and outdoor."

"Our bathroom tap was broken. Couldn’t run the water at all, I think the censor was broken. And the shower head was broken and only a small stream of water was coming out. Our coffee machine also was broken had to hold down the buttons for it to work. "

"Super nice, great breakfast. There’s a supermarket practically right on the property so you’re able to get some goodies there. In a great location and super safe."

"Friendly staff. Everything was great. The location is in an upscale business area. The is not for the party looker. The pools, gym, food ambiance was top shelf. The restaurants in the area and the mall made it even better. I Highly recommend this resort "
