"In general hotel is good. Location is perfect. Breakfast is good. We had only a couple problems. AC was not working. So we have to sleep with open window. As a result, we had mosquitoes. And noise from tramway. But it does not ruin our stay in Florence. Thank you. "

"My first impression of the hotel is very good with the display of the hotel ground level. However I found the service is vey limited: the clean up is not through and they did not refill coffee pods for 2 nights. Then I had to phone the service which is always busy. I had to drag myself out of bad to the reception in order to get coffee! Then, I got a knock on the door to clean the room so I tried to leave to give them some time to do it. Even though I spent three hours outside and came back to the untouched room. So I spoke with the cleaning person on the corridor and was told to go to reception for the arrangement! I almost found this feels like staying in a hostel with the hotel price!"

"It would receive a higher review if our room facing the street wasn’t so noise. But, it’s a good place to stay, with a walkable distance to train station and main tourist attractions."

"Beyond the eye catching art design of the place (both inside and out) the rooms were very nice, and the breakfast buffet was exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend if you need quick access to/ from the airport."

"The property itself is very dated and could use some renovations. It looks like an old hospital or dorm room from the 1970’s with variegated floor colors. Paint on walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Showers are leaking onto floor and some lights not working. The cost of the room charge is too high for the condition of the property. The cleanliness of rooms was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. "
