"The staff was great helping accommodate for our needs. The outdoor pool area had a small kiddie pool which was great. The breakfast was a nice bonus."

"The paint in the whole hotel is dark. The rooms are way too dark and ceiling to dark as well. The lighting in the whole room is awful. The a/c couldn't be controlled. The first room we got had a super noisy bed to lay on so we changed rooms which was better. The smell of spaghetti was strong in the first room. The second room was ok. The cleaning was great and did a good job. Would I stay here again or recommend it? No."

"It is definitely an old building. The breakfast was alright, the cleaning staff was really nice, the front desk could use some work. We waiting over 20 minutes to be helped when there were two individuals in the front, one was already helping a customer and the other seemed to be playing on the computer and just looking up at the sky looking for birds most of the time. I didn't like our room at all, it was an inside room and it overlooked a hallway that leads to the common area, the lights were on the entire time and it was hard to get our room dark, you also couldn't open the sliding door for "our safety" I guess for the price we got, we can't be too picky but it was definitely more of a gloomy room."

"Loved everything about our well appointed cabin, the location and the view which was especially beautiful at sunset. The property provided a discount to the amazing and relaxing Zion Canyon Hot Springs directly across the street. Also, we discovered a hidden gem in the River Rock Roasting Co. next door. The food, the coffee and the beer were all outstanding! Everything was wonderful. If I had to pick one thing to improve, we found the door lock, which used a code, to be a little inconvenient as it basically took two hands to operate. So if you were carrying anything (luggage, groceries, leftover pizza from River Rock, etc), you had to put it down to get the door open. Overall a wonderful stay and we would stay there again!"

10/10 Excellent

"This is our second time staying at the Bumbleberry Inn. We love the feel of a family owned hotel. They have a dvd library in the lobby, this is probably as close to a Video Store my kids will ever experience. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. There was a herd of friendly deer that stayed on the property right outside our patio door. The breakfast provided at Porters is amazing. 😀 to those waitresses well! They deserve it. My only complaint is the air vent for the AC is high on the wall and blows at the ceiling so the room got quite warm. Find a way to redirect that air down & there would be no complaints at all. Don't hesitate to book Bumbleberry!!!!"
