"Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues at check out as we checked in late afternoon, were going to stay for one night, and did not want to have other people coming into our apartment to clean."

"Check in was great, we were greeted and shown to our room by a very welcoming and friendly receptionist. Pool and garden areas were lovely and peaceful with amazing views of the mountains. The food at the restaurant was good and very reasonably priced, also the waiter who served us was helpful and polite.
