We got to see the majestic Arenal volcano close-up from our room whenever the sky cleared up. The resort staffs went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, starting with booking several excursions tours, spa services, romantic dinner and awesome complimentary fruits basket. "Beautiful property with the space our family of 5 needed for sleeping. One thing we felt was missing is outlets as well as hooks in the shower or around room to hang up towels or wet swimsuits. Being as this is a hot springs resort, that seems to be a very needed thing in the rooms. Overall great experience however! "
