We stayed here for one night as a stop on a family road trip with young kids. On the positive side, the bedding was comfortable and the hotel offered free parking, which was convenient. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all — not only affecting basic internet use but also making it impossible to use the TV services. When we asked for help, the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. The décor was another disappointment: it felt cold, harsh, and cheaply done, with no soft touches to create a welcoming atmosphere. While the room was acceptably tidy, the floor didn’t feel particularly clean, and the bathtub didn’t look spotless — enough so that we chose not to use it. All in all, we didn’t feel this was good value for money. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Our room was very clean & the bed comfortable. The concierge was very nice. But communication was poor. We arrived just a few minutes past their closing time (7:00PM) and no one answered the phone. There was only a recording. Also there were road constructions around the hotel that night. The entry to the hotel was blocked from all directions & we couldn’t find our way back in. No one from the hotel informed us how to work around that situation. It was late. We were tired…& most frustrated!

J'ai reserve avec un paiement sur place. Du fait que j etais en réunion toute la journée jusqu'à 18 heures. Je n'ai pas pu appeler avant. Quand je suis arrivé, il n'y avait personne à l'accueil à 18h30. J'ai appelé au numéro et j'ai envoyé un mail il n'y a tj pas eu de réponse. J'ai donc été dormir ailleurs. Ce matin on m'a débité du montant de la chambre. Alors que je n'ai pas dormi dans cet hôtel. C'est lamentable. Je suis alle a l hotel en quetiin pour reclame le remboursement. On ma retorque que je n avais qu a etre la la nuit et su aucun remboursement ne serait fait et surtout que ce n etait pas leur probleme. Mon avis, c est du vol a l etat pur
