"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "I arrived several hours early and the staff were extremely helpful. They told me they would try and get my room ready as soon as possible. I decided to go into town and explore a bit and they stored my luggage for me while I was gone. I got back and the room was ready. I had a ground floor room no A/C but there was a pretty powerful fan and windows that let in a nice cool breeze. The temperature averaged around 19 degrees and was very comfortable. It was a delightful place to rest and relax. I was there 4 days. I would definitely book again."
