"This was probably a one-off situation that could have been avoided with proper advance notice. In the week leading up to our arrival, we received three notifications asking us to check in and pay for our stay—this was confusing, as I had already paid. Once I replied stating that I would settle any remaining balance at check-in, the notifications stopped. Upon arrival, it was clear the hotel was preparing to host a wedding. "We arrived at this tranquil oasis after dropping off a rental car. The property is beautifully presented and maintained. Every staff member we engaged with was friendly, attentive and professional. Our room was on the small side (as we expected) but had everything we needed and was as depicted in the photos. The hotel has a number of indoor and outdoor areas to relax in and is very private and quiet. Our included breakfast was generous and varied. Dinner was gourmet and reasonably priced. The hotel is in easy walking distance of St Denis' interesting city scape and sea front. There are also numerous other dining options nearby. Would love to stay again and highly recommend this property."

"Mon épouse et moi avons passé un moment des plus agréables dans cet hôtel très bien pensé carrément pied dans l'eau devant la plage de la saline, avec un très beau cadre, une piscine vraiment chouette. Nous avions une chambre vraiment spacieuse et très propre. Mais ce qui nous a particulièrement marqué est le professionnalisme et la grande gentillesse et courtoisie de tout le personnel quel qu'il soit."

"We had a wonderful stay at Le Saint Alexis. The location was perfect and the beach access was exceptional! Our room was very comfortable and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. We were three adults traveling - me, my husband, and our daughter. I was pleasantly surprised with the spacious room. The main bedroom was separated by doors to the living area, with a pullout couch for our daughter. The staff were always helpful. The security guards were happily willing to open the upper gates for us when asked so we could park our car closer to our room. The buffet breakfast was excellent and Celine always greeted us with a smile & great conversation! I would highly recommend this hotel to those traveling in the area!"
