"The property is very nice, beautiful pools, gardens and beach. Staff is very helpful, but often slow (e.g. we waited 45 min for our luggage). The rooms could really use an update and they should work more on the cleanliness in the rooms (hate seeing hair on the floor or bed). The kids club is amazing, as well as the game village in the garden, could be there for days. Breakfast is OK."

They can provide dinner at a reasonable price, which is good because there are no restaurants nearby. They were helpful in arranging a taxi for me into town and to my cruise ship."

"The larger 4-bed villa that I booked was lovely; we also saw the inside of a smaller 3-bed unit, and it looks like the 3-bed ones have had a bit of a refurb that hasn’t reached the 4-bed villa yet, but it was honestly lovely.
