Decent but overpriced

Decent room and stay - don't expect toiletries like toothbrush. Staff didn't tell me about the gym and breakfast was continental. Some staff members were extremely helpful. Room was comfortable with stable, fast wifi and cold air. Location is amazing.

I had stayed at a Dazzler in Asunción just a week ago and loved it. This one was disappointing from breakfast to the noisy guest beside me. The guest wasn't all their problem and it took me too long before I complained. I had to call twice to rectify the issue. I've travel all winter and have been in dozens of hotels and there was only one other hotel with a worse breakfast, also in la Plata. The patio doors are so bad on the roof restaurant you can barely move them to get in and out. Slow elevator too. The room was good apart from the thin sound proofing with tvs mounted on shared walls

The kind breakfast staff and Frederick at the front desk! A clean and cozy room and great housekeeping who were sweet enough to bring something I needed to my room when sick. Thank you. You have a stunning hotel and that rooftop view is truly priceless!!!

I did not even stay! It was so far from buenos aires and taxi was $80 x 2 back and forth to BA. I searched for hotel in Buenos aires, and you came up, I booked and not realized it is so far, then I kept calling the hotel to ask to switch for me , no one was answering, Expensive Hotel, but mo customer service. So I had to book another place and my money waisted.

No soundproof bedrooms. We could hear our neighbours next door. They also have loud parties on the 12th floor lounge on the weekend and you can hear it all until 3am (and we were on the 7th floor). We called Reception at night to discuss about it and he said are you sure there is a party going on? From other reviews I read, this happens very often, so if you'd like to sleep in a quiet and calm space, avoid this space.

La estadia estuvo hermosa, el hotel es divino, instalaciones comodas y de calidad, una vista divina a la catedral, y el desayuno muy rico. Tambien atentos los trabajadores. En cuanto a la calificacion del check in -que fue lo que me pedian calificar-, fue mala porque nos llevamos la sorpresa de que era un valor mucho mas alto del que figuraba en hoteles.com por el precio tota (que me fije que dijera total) sin embargo cdo ingresamos nos cobraron + el IVA que decian que no estaba calculado.
