Average VVF Stay.

We stayed at VVF Residence Plagne 1800 Paradiski from 23.03.2023 - 27.03.2023. Our flight was delayed on arrival so we didn't get to the hotel until 11pm. We received an email with instructions that our keys would be in the safe in the hotel building. When we found our keys it said we were in a different building, we had booked ski in/ski out because we wanted ski in/ski out. There was a 'map' in the envolope however this was not a map it was just a illustration of the two buildings next to one another which wasn't the case either, after going round and round searching for over an hour we finally found our room. We had attempted to call the emergency number however they didn't work. We were very close to giving up the search for the hotel and sleeping in our car. There should be a member of staff available at all times as this wasn't a great start to the holiday.
