"I have never really written reviews for properties on Expedia previously. This is the first one. I stayed in this place in Aug 2022 while on TMB. I could not find a refuge on the trail and decided to try this venue. I will absolutely do it all over again. To begin with, the owner, Alfred, was very responsive before the trip. He initiated contact through Expedia and made sure that we were on the same page in terms of arrival and departure schedule and made restaurant recommendations. We arrived...

"Very nice place to stay with an excellent bar and restaurant. Although burger place across the street was not very good. Staff speaks English and are professional and helpful. Hotel is very close to a gondola making for easy access to the slopes. One drawback was that our building did not have an elevator."

"The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. "
