"Lots of food under bed and furniture. Was charged extra charges but I don’t know what for. All taxes and fees were suppose to be included. I don’t like how when I asked for places with a conventional breakfast and it popped up on the search with my requested criteria and they did not have this service. The staff that came to help when my daughter got sick in the room was very helpful and very friendly. "

"I am a frequent guest at Best Western properties...but i'm starting to notice a decline in cleanliness and upgrades in amenities. The rooms are in need newer flooring, curtains, wall coverings, etc... I'm sadly thinking I may consider changing my Hotel choices in the near future. I've been a loyal customer for years...but sadly, i'm disappointed in the stays. Hope you can consider keeping your loyal guests rather than join the Motel 6 clientele."
