1. 55 stair walk up to room 2. 5 minute wait for hot shower which lasts 5 minutes before water to hotel room is cut off. 3. 1 electrical outlet in room hidden behind the head board 4. Requested fresh water which was delivered 2 days later. 5. Cars and motorcycles without mufflers in front of the hotel 6. Beautiful restaurant terrace. Closed 7. Staff pleasant but ineffectual

This place is very uneven and feels like it has seen better days. Though we had paid for an ocean view suite with a king bed, they showed us three different rooms with small beds and no view before they finally took us to the kind of room we had paid for. The towels are ancient and the hallway smelled bad, but it has a lovely terrace and the people were friendly (but this is Mexico where friendly is the norm). We'll try someplace else next time.

I wont be back

I needed a room at short notice, and the price fit my budget. The 2:00 check in was convenient. However, for some reason the person at the reception desk needed to call his boss before honoring my reservation. The room was clean, the shower was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Also, there was a nice view of the bay from the terrace. I had to ask several times for soap, the controls to the air conditioner and TV. At least I received the soap.

The second floor rooms have no outside ventilation so when the sewer smell came in via the ac I got panicky. They gave a new room which was better so I complained again and they put me on the third floor. The room would have been great except for the broken toilet seat and the fact that the toilet was improperly installed and rocked an inch back and forth. I never saw another guest while I was there so word must’ve gotten around. A creepy feeling indeed! The facility is unfinished with lovely murals and tile work but unconnected trim and other clear signs of money problems. The restaurant never opened , so no free breakfast and the price came in close to 140 us but showed around 100 on Expedia

La habitación Batopilas es extremadamente pequeña. La cama está pegada a la pared porque no hay más espacio, es muy incómodo dormír así. El excusado no está bien fijo a piso y se mueve mucho. Tiene extremadamente lo básico. Considero que no vale ni la mitad de los $2600 que pague por noche en este hotel. Nos hospedados 2 noches y no hicieron el aseo de la habitación, el recepcionista solo se disculpo y me dijo que no podía resolverlo. No hay estacionamiento en el hotel, el estacionamiento es externo y tiene un costo de $100. La pequeña alberca que aparece en las fotos no es para uso de los huéspedes,.solo se puede admirar y estar alrededor de ella pero está prohibido meterse. Malísima experiencia.

Mal lugar para descansar.

Definitivamente esta fue la última vez en la que me alojaré en este Lugar. Nuevamente no respetaron el costo de la reservación, terminé y terminé pagando más. No había botella de agua en la habitación, el shampoo creo que tenía mucho tiempo sin usarse ya que estaba coagulado en la botella, algo terrible y lo peor en la madrugada es que hubo mucho ruido y me despertaron, al parecer realizaron un rondín en las habitaciones pero el tipo que lo estuvo haciendo se la pasó azotando las puertas al cerrar. Definitivamente bajó mucho la calidad del lugar. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación.

Excelente Ubicación

Al llegar al hotel no había nadie en la recepción y tuve que esperar al rededor de una hora para poder hacer check-in. En la segunda noche ya no colocaron botella de agua en mi habitación. No fue la visita más agradable, pero la ubicación del lugar es buena si te gusta caminar, todo está relativamente cerca.
