Comfortable hotel nice room excellent housekeeping

Comfortable and spacious room nice fittings and bathroom with bath and shower. Small kitchen. Nice small balcony with view. Excellent housekeeping. Front desk service a bit variable sometimes very good sometimes quite offhand. Was not asked if I enjoyed my stay on check out for example. But helpful with other things. Breakfast at €20 a bit steep. Restaurant was fully booked for a week on arrival 😳 so did not try it. This is almost a self catering place.

Average experience

Very nice area and surroundings. Room itself is located in a separated building and's unfortunately very loud so you basically hear everything going on. That is sad and makes the all in all impression down to 3 stars. Room is fine but nothing special about it with bath room area for sleeping. In my opinion not worth the price level.

Bonjour, La chambre etait très belle, bien equipée. Le cadre etait magnifique. La piscine très bien. Le spa etait très appreciable malgré le nombre de personnes présentes. Le bémol du séjour le petit dejeuner. Payer 20 euros par personne pour un petit dejeuner aussi pauvre en variété. Et la qualité n'y était pas du tout. Vieinoiserie et charcuterie fromage pas du tout de qualité. Les oeufs brouillés étaient de couleur verte. J ai demandé à ce qu on les change car on ne peut pas manger ça.

Séjour passable, sans plus.

Séjour passable. On ne ressent pas du tout le "service" d'un hôtel 4 etoiles. Personnel pas très nombreux et pas spécialement sympathique ni souriant. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits, et le personnel de ménage n'a pas fait notre chambre. On nous a simplement dit que c'était un oubli, et j'ai eu deux bouteilles d'eau Cristaline de 50 cl en guise de compensation. Youpi !! Nous étions dans des résidences (bâtiment séparé du bâtiment principal où se situe la réception). Lors du check-in, je me suis arrêté devant la réception en voiture, j'ai déchargé toutes mes affaires et valises. C'est qu'une fois l'enregistrement effectué qu'on nous dit qu'il faut reprendre la voiture, y remettre tous nos bagages, pour aller dans un autre bâtiment. (Après des heures de route, décharger toute la voiture et devoir la recharger dans la minute, ce n'est pas très agréable). Dans ce bâtiment, j'avais soif, j'ai suivi les panneaux qui indiquait un "bar", et je suis arrivé devant un distributeur automatique de boissons... Vide et éteint... Super en plein mois d'août. Un membre du personnel m'a dit que je pouvais aller en acheter à la réception, dans l'autre bâtiment... Autre aspect assez particulier, lorsque vous pénétrez le domaine en voiture, vou passez un poste de sécurité (on dirait qu'on passe la douane d'un pays). Ce assez bizarre surtout que le vigile sort a chaque fois pour vous regarder, mais sans vous parler. Donc on ne sait pas quoi faire (donner notre nom ? Carte d'identité ?) Malaisant...

Kuvat ei ihan vastannut sitä mitä sivuilla näytettiin. Pääuima-allas todella pieni ja kuvat huoneista vääristivät todellisuutta. Meille ei tarjottu illalla ruokaa, vaikka illallinen oli käynnissä. Yöllä oli meteliä käytävällä, mutta hotellin henkilökunta hoiti sen kuntoin.

Excellent séjour dans un hotel spa superbe

Séjour excellent dans un hôtel extrêmement bien équipé. L'insonorisation des couloirs est à parfaire pour assurer le silence dans les chambres pendant la nuit. Le service est excellent. La sécurisation est parfaite. Avoir accès au spa est une excellente idée. Nous reviendrons.
