"I can't fault this hotel. I arrived at 5am after a 14 hour bus journey and even though my check in wasn't until 12 they found me a room and I was asleep by 6. All at no extra cost I've never felt so welcome. Lovely staff, clean and quiet hotel and really convenient for the centre of town. Zero complaints."

The hotel itself is beautiful and a short 15mins walk to the centre, the staff are really very kind and helpful, the breakfast is excellent, and the room was very big and comfortable! "My wife and I stayed at the hotel for two nights and it was great. The woman at the front desk was very helpful! The breakfast in the morning was nice including fresh juice. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas or a short taxi ride for 5 soles. The only draw back was there was no heating or air conditioning in the room. The only ventilation we had was if we openned our doors to the balcony. The balcony was shared with 2 other rooms. While we were there no one else stayed...
