Everything was perfect the cleanliness of the place the staff was great. I stayed in the presidential suite, one suggestion I would love to make is that they need to add a microwave to the room than I’d be perfect also make do not disturb signs for the rooms so we can let the cleaning crew know when house keeping is not need it. Other than that I enjoyed staying at this hotel I definitely recommend it if your staying in La Lima.

We stayed here over night for a connecting flight the next morning. They offered transportation, which I highly recommend in this area. The hotel is located behind two gates, so we felt very comfortable with our choice here

It was good. Just didn't have hot water and the WiFi signal wasn't that great. They did give us access to a different wifi network and it was so much better. It felt safe and was in a gated community by a golf course and local groceries stores and places to eat. The a/c worked perfectly too

It was a great experience to stayed at this hotel, they picked us up at the airport for a really convenient price. Also, we use the transportation to go out for dinner they dropped us off and picked up on time. They are friendly and thrusting people. I will be staying again.

It gets a five star rating for a budget hotel. The place is clean and it’s in a great gated community that used to be exclusive for the banana company employees. I loved walking around the neighborhood and looking at the old “company” houses, some in better shape than others, but all charming. I stayed in one of the two-bedroom apartments, and it was clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and the basic utensils for cooking and serving. Because it is a budget hotel, and the property is an old “company” property, don’t expect it to look like a million bucks, but if you are a business traveler or a tourist on a tight budget, this place is pretty much perfect as a hub. I had a car with me, so I don’t know how expensive the right shares are from this hotel to destinations in the cities around it, but you can go to many different places from this hotel. It also has a supermarket, drugstore, gas station, restaurants, and pretty much anything you need right outside the gated community.

Room was in an apartment complex inside a gated community it was very inconvenient to get there by taxi. Gate guard takes too long to verify and allow entrance. But the room and bathroom was new modern well kept and clean

The staff was waiting outside for me when I arrived and helped me carry my bag in. There is a language barrier but she was very pleasant. I only had to stay one night to catch an early flight so I didn’t require much but sleep. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and everything was super clean. There was a guard station at front so I felt safe for the night. I didn’t see a front desk or vending machines. The walls are kind of thin but overall it’s nice for a quick layover

Great, cozy spot

Cozy and immaculately clean place near the airport. The bedding and bed are super comfortable and feel brand new. The room has everything you need to make your stay easy. Even the decor is relaxing and everything is in good condition. Check in was quick and there are door codes for security. My only small complaint was that the room doesn’t have windows, and like many places, the space doesn’t have a lot of sound insulation. I could hear my neighbours’ TV and conversation. Consider bringing earplugs. Some guests were very inconsiderate and spoke loudly in the hallways which made it difficult to sleep. Perhaps having a notice up to keep your noise down in public spaces, would be helpful for guests who need to sleep early. The area felt safe and was located near the grocery store and a few restaurants. It was a short drive to the airport. I would definitely stay here again as the hotel is incredibly clean, safe, and reasonably priced.
