"I would have rated this hotel excellent if not for the lack of airconditioning. I went in May which is cool/cold autumn weather so you think you don’t need an airconditioner, maybe some people will be ok with it, but my body tends to run warm so I felt the room was stuffy. Otherwise, everything else was great, close to restaurants and shopping, breakfast was good, staff was friendly. I chose this hotel because a lot of tour companies pick up from this hotel. "

Staff seemed disinterested, and not overly happy to correct our booking to a twin room.
Radiator in room broken/not functioning.
No shuttle service to town, a bit far to walk 2kms return in the dark and cold conditions.
Property restaurant dinner appeared to be reheated - not freshly made, food was not heated through and not very appealing. Breakfast was cold food only - extra charge for eggs."
