"This was the best hotel on our entire Italian trip. Staff was incredible and the breakfast and happy hour were such a gift! We loved the location of the hotel and were able to easily catch the bus and see all of the sites. This is a must stay for Florence!"

"I dont believe the air is turned on until May in Italy atleast thats what we were told in Balogna. It was mid April faily warm day and room didn't seem to be too warm. The room was very clean and staff was helpful. Pretty decent breakfast. We ran out of toilet paper and the cleaning people must not have noticed when cleaning our room. I asked at front desk and they brought two rolls to our room very quickly. The noise from the rooms above us could be quite noisey because tike instead of carpet. Pretty good location. Overall I would rate it a 4."

"You have a lot of restaurants in a short walking distance. You have a famous sandwich shop you must try. Train station not too far. The hotel is very small. The staff is the best part "

"*TRAVELER BEWARE* LOUD AND UNDER CONSTRUCTION - NO concierge - NO amenities - NO toiletries provided - NO luggage storage - LOUD construction - LOUD music - UNDER renovation We spent our first 2 nights in Rome here, encouraged by the high rating. Unfortunately, the entire building is under construction. As soon as you enter, you’re greeted by building materials, garbage bags, tools, broken furniture, scrap material, etc. in the lobby. You have to complete all your check-in in advance over email or WhatsApp, after which you’ll be sent a code to enter the building. You’re on your own from here. The building is wrapped in scaffolding for renovations taking place on the outside too, so expect to see construction workers outside your window daily (literally within reach) regardless of which floor you’re on. While the location is very central, you are right next to a night club and the blaring music is so loud that you won’t be able to sleep. The best way to describe it from the room is like being in the washroom of an actual nightclub. The windows aren’t soundproof or at least we didn’t think they were. In terms of the room itself, it was actually quite nice, spacious, and recently renovated. However, there are no amenities whatsoever except a kitchenette with a microwave and kettle in the common area/hallway. They also don’t provide any toiletries so you’ll need to bring your own shampoo, body wash, etc. VERDICT: STAY ELSEWHERE."
