Open shower has very high showerhead which cannot be repositioned so water floods the bathroom floor. Check in time at the hotel is 3pm and not 2pm as stated in Expedia. Good value for money and I would stay here again "

"Beautiful hotel. Perfect location on waterfront and short walking to all good food and drink spots in Puerto de la Cruz. Staff very helpful and nice. Roof top is great. Spa is okay but a bit basic. Only annoying thing you have to specify a double bed when booking which isn't obvious, otherwise they give you two singles"
