"Our stay at Calalun was perfect. Calalun was in the perfect location, was private surrounded by gorgeous landscape and a beautiful view of the volcano. The owners were very accommodating and made sure our stay was comfortable and perfect. The bed was comfortable and the quaint apartment was clean and modern. We had everything we needed and would recommend. The only suggestion would be to light up the Calalun sign a bit more or make it stand out from the road. The kitchen had all the necessities...

"This place has a great location. Just outside of the heart of la Fortuna. It was safe, peaceful and we had everything we needed to make our own meals. It is a gated home/parking which was unique. It was cozy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Good bang for your buck. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!"

"Room was clean. Bed was bearing but not comfortable. Staff was friendly but a few small items did go missing from our room. Breakfast buffet was good. Pool was excellent and warm. Overall great experience and we felt safe at all times. "
