"Stayed for one night on journey heading South. Clean and comfortable hotel room. Evening meal was very good but with a limited menu, especially for vegetarian friends we were with. Good position with plenty of parking and small garden. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well ! Have also booked for our return journey."

"The host was very nice and spoke good English. Our room was cramped and somewhat dated. The toilet was separate from shower area and both doors had to be closed to navigate around the bed. Breakfast was great. There was a close-by restaurant where we had a dinner. It was really very nice for the price!"

"There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. We had several ‘challenges’- the heater in the bathroom only stayed on for 1 minute, the hairdrier did not work, the room was very clean when we arrived but daily room service was poor- only made the bed and changed the towels. "We loved meeting Roc and staying here! This is a French country house and got us out of the city and into the beautiful countryside. The hotel was easily accessed, with a large secure parking area Very welcoming with a comfortable room and a good breakfast was available.
