"Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal...

"Have stayed at the hotel many times but in the heatwave the air conditioning was broken. We were only there for 2 nights and after 2 phone calls to reception and 3 trips to see them 2 engineers finally came up and fixed nothing. Really disappointed and have filed a complaint with Newport bay"
