"We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel. "

The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"Great hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."

"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. "Terrible arrival, wrong address on paperwork supplied, had to walk across town, hunt down telephone number for the office which was closed during opening hours. Finally received keys, room had no double bed, lack of kettle and toaster, cupboard doors hanging off, cracked tiles, mould in bathroom. No good for couples, double bed advertised and no double bed in any of the three rooms we booked. Probably ok for large groups of young people looking for cheap accommodation but families and couples...
