"It was a very nice hotel. Customer service is excellent, except that… We had a room across us constantly smoking weed., it was strong. Also I was checking out and t I turn around and I was reading my paper/ receipt and fell to the floor running into a black item, not sure what is was but it was not meant to be there and they had no sign to be careful. I tumbled.over it falling to the floor. I didn’t severely. Get hurt just scratches on both knees and elbows but humiliated embarrassed out of 4-5 employees watch this happen but only one seem to care and be concerned "

"The room we got was fantastic. A King bed with 2 sofas. The room was large. We stayed 6 days and it was perfect. The weather was bad and we had to stayinside a few days. The kids were happy because they had their own space. I loved the environmental upgrade of having full bottles of Dove in the shower and bathroom. Kruieg coffee machine was a nice amenity. The remote had a broken top, but I was still able to use it."
