"First of all, we booked this place expecting to park in front of our room and there was a full parking and we didn’t get to park near our room.. then for breakfast, the lady that served us was really really rude.. to a point where she slammed our plates on the table, each time she served our meals. We don’t mind she got our orders wrong at times but her attitude towards us was really unprofessional. "

I asked if there was security and she said she was only person on staff that night!!!! How can a fully booked hotel have only 1 staff available!!! "
