The hotel organised our lift passes and ski hire before we got there. They also booked restaurants for us which was really helpful. They allowed us to have a late check out. Everyone was very friendly and we had a lovely stay.

Services de qualité mais chambre de base petite.

Très bon accueil et niveaux de services digne d’un 5 étoiles. Situation idéal au cœur de La Clusaz. Le bémol vient de la taille de la chambre de base qui est inférieur à ce qui est attendu pour ce niveau d’hôtel.

Très bon accueil, et appel préalable très apprécié pour préparer l arrivée et le séjour. Chambre agréable, mais décevante : rideaux non occultants et hôtel bruyant (nous avons été réveillés par des voisins avec enfants peu discrets) . Très dommage pour cette classe d hôtel. De plus, le service d étage n est pas au niveau : la chambre n était pas refaite lorsque nous sommes revenus de dîner. L espace piscine est très bien , mais pas de serviettes disponibles.

Reposant avec un service de qualité

Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. La baignoire à jet dans la chambre est un régal, de même que la piscine à l'intérieur de l'établissement. Le personnel est au petit soin durant tout le séjour.

Luxury hotel in central location

Lovely 5 day stay. If not eating in the hotel be sure to book a restaurant in town over the weekend as it gets very booked up.
