"Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. "We LOVED our stay at Chalet Christine. The hotel has a perfect unimpeded view of the lake and mountains, creating a zen relaxing experience, and the pool and jacuzzi add to the relaxing vibe. Breakfast was perfect, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. Elodie at the check-in desk was incredibly kind and friendly, she gave us great advice on what to do around the lake and helped us get reservations at an amazing restaurant. I hope to come back soon! "

"First class hotel-friendly and helpful staff. Spacious modern rooms. Excellent spa and ski hire on site. Afternoon coffee and cakes a nice surprise. Morning transfer to slopes a real bonus as is bus stop right outside hotel for return after day on the slopes. Would recommend the hotel for a stay in La Clusaz"

"The pool and steam and sauna were lovely to stretch and relax in after skiing. The hotel was close to the ski lift (4 min walk) and lovely restaurants near the church/square. Double glazing but street noise from people walking home after leaving bars/clubs in the early hours of the morning disturbed us each night so rooms at back may be quieter. "

"Great location for the Bossonet lifts and easy walk into the village. This was my first stay in the apartments of the complex (rather than the hotel). The 2 bed apartment was functional and clean, albeit could do with some updating to provide more comfort. Having said that I would stay again, due to the overall ambience and convenience. Free and secure underground car parking was very useful. "

"On check in told I had to pay for room as it wasn’t paid for. Paid again and then when checked back on bookings I had fully paid prior to arrival. I spoke to the lady on reception who asked me to come back in the morning for a refund as she was busy with a problem. Went back in the morning and provided her with receipts of both payments and she said she would get her superior to do it the next day. I have emailed and messaged through hotels.com and had no response. Shocking service for an error on their part. "
