"Very nice hotel, close to the beach, a 5-10 min walk through a pine grove. Breakfast (11 euro) - was good. The room itself was spacious, good air conditioners, fridge, stove, sink, balcony and rack for drying swimming suites. Beach towels are not included/provided. Bathroom shower did not drain very well. There was a chemical smell in the room. Overall the stay was good."

"This was a nice roomy place with plenty of room. It is within driving distance of Pisa and the beach and a few other local towns as well. There was plenty of parking as well. I would highly recommend having a car to be able to stay here though. It had a nice mini kitchen with fridge and microwave, it would have been nice if it had a freezer as well. We really like staying here."

"Staying at Max Hotel Livorno was an excellent experience! The location is very convenient, with easy access to both the city center and transportation. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, offering great comfort after a day exploring Tuscany. The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need, which really makes the stay feel welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with both sweet and savory options that gave us the perfect start to the day. The hotel also has great amenities, including parking and a nice restaurant on-site, making everything very practical.
