La Chapelle-Gauthier Hotels

"A clean confortable hotel with very helpful staff. The rooms were a bit basic but had everything you needed with a really good shower. A nice sitting area in the foyer."

"Very nice Hotel"

"Stayed here before and would stay again. Our host Ingrid was friendly and attentive as we're all the staff we met. Room was good standard and restaurant food very good. "

"For the price €103, it absolutely wasn't worth it. It is situated in the middle of nowhere. You have to arrange your breakfast yourself for the next morning. The only thing you get in the evening before, is a bag with bread and some marmelade. The fridge is hardly filled and you have to make your thea or coffee yourself. Besides the awfull smell in the sleepingroom it is an accomodation far beyond nowadays standards. We thought we had become in a horror movie of the worst kind."

"Friendly staff, good restaurant et great pool"

"We only stayed one night however it was a perfect spot for us and our dog. Could not fault the room, reception or staff."

"Very basic two star hotel on the outskirts of town. The room was very small, but perfectly clean, with a very comfortable bed, and blissfully, air conditioned in the middle of a brutal heatwave. "Had a very good stay here."

"Très bel accueil avec une chambre spacieuse à la literie confortable et l'édredon de plumes, une merveille. De plus, Caroline redouble d'ingéniosité pour la table d'hôtes. Merci pour ce séjour. Saïd"

"Très bien accueilli par Flora, chambre propre et en plein centre de Lisieux parfait pour tout faire à pied !!!"

"It was a nice experience 😌"

"Obnoxious, arrogant and incompetent. Never experienced such poor staff in all my travels. Messed up my booking instead of a 6 bed premier lodge in front of all the animals I ended up with a 4 bed safari lodge right in the bottom of the valley due to incompetence from Virginie in reception. And when I pointed out she’d messed up my booking she then refused to talk to me. Then she proceeded to lie and call a director who was just as incompetent. They would not refund me the difference in...
